Hacienda de los Milagros is a lifetime sanctuary dedicated to the oneness of all life. Hacienda de los Milagros is an IRS 501(c)(3) teaching & healing animal sanctuary which depends on your support. All contributions are used strictly for the animals. We are accredited by The American Sanctuary Association.

On a quiet rural lane in Chino Valley, Arizona, the only sounds you might hear are the gentle sounds of the residents at peace and play. Of course, if you are open to the reality of inter-species communication, you will hear and learn volumes. May they suggest that you open up to and embrace that ability which you were born with?

These are safe and happy members of a loving family of teachers and healers who chose to become part of and live the Mission of the sanctuary. In fact, it is the Mission they brought. They came from a variety of backgrounds, in their own unique way, to be part of a mission of helping humans evolve, reclaim the spirituality we humans are capable of, and to heal the Earth by living We Are One.

They prefer we not speak of their past, only the present, and what that means for the future. They are teachers and healers. It is up to each of us to open up and accept their unconditional love, and to offer nothing less to all beings everywhere.

Want to Volunteer at the Sanctuary?

Large Animal Groomers: many of our residents enjoy being brushed, combed and give some attention and kindness to our wonderful animals.

We are looking for some volunteers to feed our residents in either the morning or evenings anyday of the week..call 928-636-5348 for details.

We are planning Open Houses and a major fundraiser for 2009. We are looking for assistance with those efforts.

We will also need items for an auction which will be part of the fundraiser.

Our New Mission

We are in the process of transitioning from a lifetime sanctuary to a center for teaching and healing for both animals and humans. A smaller number of animal residents will remain and form the core group of teachers who will continue to touch lives with their healing presence and wisdom. We will offer courses, seminars and workshops in telepathic communication, alternative therapies, touch and energy work for healing, how to read your equine’s body to see what they need to feel good, and how to learn what your farrier should be doing. We will also offer animal assisted therapy in partnership with two other groups, using our residents and facilities. Our animal teachers will share with all what has helped them to heal. HDLM will now be sharing the healing work done here to facilitate and strengthen the human-non-human connection, for we are all connected, none lower or higher than another, all equal, and ultimately live WE ARE ONE WITH ALL LIFE.

Mission Statement

The Mission of Hacienda de los Milagros is to provide a safe, loving lifetime home for beings who have gathered at the sanctuary to teach and heal humans. Some who come here need some healing themselves, and once healed by the resident teachers (resident animals), they participate in teaching and healing others. They are here to help humans learn and live that We Are One, and thereby heal the Earth and all who need healing.

Adoption Policy

We do not adopt, unless a resident asks to relocate. In that instance, we will honor their choice, including their choice of human caretaker
